Bread for Tuesday 2/28


Bread went swimmingly today! I woke up early like a real baker,
and got all my deliveries done by lunchtime. It felt so sustainable!
Look for earlier delivery times this week! For those of you who
can't receive bread early in the day, you are welcome to come pick
up your loaves in Cole Valley in the evening.

Here's a glimpse of what I've been working on: a white sourdough
sandwich bread extraordinaire! While I've been loading the loaves
with more and more whole grains, I've had quite a hankering for a
deli breakfast. If you're looking for a gluten-free breakfast sando,
this is the loaf for you! Look for it on the menu in the coming weeks.

In the meantime, sourdough is back! It has missed you dearly.

Down to business: please place your orders by Monday night by
sending an email to orders@breadsrsly.com. Please include
your address, phone number, and availability. Deliveries will be
Tuesday the 28st in the late morning/early afternoon.

On the menu this week:

Whole Grain Sourdough - organic brown rice, whole millet,
whole teff, whole grain sorghum flour, arrowroot flour, guar gum,

Cinnamon Raisin
- organic brown rice, whole millet, whole
grain sorghum flour, arrowroot flour, polenta, organic agave,
organic raisins, guar gum, salt, yeast

Ginger Pear Muffin - polenta, whole millet, organic brown
rice, arrowroot flour, olive oil, applesauce from Rainbow Orchards,
baking powder, guar gum, salt, organic agave, pears from Rainbow
Orchards, organic ginger, whole buckwheat

Loaves are $8 or 2 for $15. Muffins are $3.
