Bread day was really fun for me this week! The doughs behaved so well, and
I got to eat so much cinnamon toast before dinner time!
Flavors this week will be:
Sourdough Rye (sorghum flour, millet flour, arrowroot starch, guar gum, organic
brown rice flour, organic white rice flour, salt, organic caraway)
Whole Grain Spiced Molasses (organic brown rice, whole teff, whole millet,
sorghum flour, arrowroot starch flour, guar gum, salt, organic blackstrap
molasses, organic agave nectar, organic cayenne pepper, organic black
pepper, organic allspice, organic cinnamon, organic nutmeg)
Rosemary (sorghum flour, polenta, millet flour, arrowroot starch flour, guar gum,
salt, organic rosemary)
Please order by noon on Monday! Loaves will be baked and delivered on Tuesday for
San Francisco, and Thursday for the East Bay. Breads are $8 each or 3 for $20.
