I had a great bread day this week and am looking forward to some more whole grain experiments!
(The whole grain leek bread pictured above was great, like a savory yeasted cornbread)
Flavors this week will be:
Dried Persimmon Cinnamon Bread
arrowroot starch, organic brown rice, organic white rice flour, millet flour,
guar gum, salt, yeast, dried persimmons, organic cinnamon
Whole Grain Curry Bread
organic brown rice, whole grain millet, sweet white rice,
organic white rice, polenta, guar gum, salt, yeast, fenugreek, turmeric, cayenne, coriander
Rosemary Sourdough
arrowroot starch, organic white rice flour, organic brown rice flour, millet
flour, teff flour, guar gum, salt, organic rosemary
Loaves are $8 or 3 for $20. Please place your order by Saturday night.
Delivery will be Monday evening in San Francisco and Friday evening in the East Bay.
