Bread for Tuesday and Thursday

Hi guys!

Bread day was really fun for me this week! The doughs behaved so well, and
I got to eat so much cinnamon toast before dinner time!

Flavors this week will be:

Sourdough Rye (sorghum flour, millet flour, arrowroot starch, guar gum, organic
brown rice flour, organic white rice flour, salt, organic caraway)
Whole Grain Spiced Molasses (organic brown rice, whole teff, whole millet,
sorghum flour, arrowroot starch flour, guar gum, salt, organic blackstrap
molasses, organic agave nectar, organic cayenne pepper, organic black
pepper, organic allspice, organic cinnamon, organic nutmeg)
Rosemary (sorghum flour, polenta, millet flour, arrowroot starch flour, guar gum,
salt, organic rosemary)

Please order by noon on Monday! Loaves will be baked and delivered on Tuesday for
San Francisco, and Thursday for the East Bay. Breads are $8 each or 3 for $20.

I'm back, breads on Thursday!

Hi guys!

It's good to be back in above-freezing California, back to my beloved kitchen and
closer to all your shining faces.

I'll be baking this Thursday for SF delivery Thursday afternoon/evening.

Flavors will be:

Whole Grain Cinnamon Orange- whole grain hulled millet, organic brown rice,
whole teff, whole grain sorghum, arrowroot starch flour, yeast, guar gum, salt,
organic cinnamon, organic orange zest, organic agave nectar
Sourdough Coriander- whole grain sorghum flour, whole grain millet flour,
arrowroot starch flour, organic white rice flour, organic brown rice flour, salt, guar
gum, organic whole coriander
Garlic Bread- whole grain sorghum flour, whole grain millet flour, arrowroot starch
flour, yeast, salt, guar gum, organic garlic

Loaves are $8 or 3 for $20. Please place your orders by Wednesday at noon, by
emailing breadsrsly@gmail.com. Include a phone number, delivery address,
and best time to catch you.

Rescheduling

Hey all,

The next few weeks are going to be a bit scrambled.

I will be starting a business class on Mondays (to get bread srsly to the
markets!) and will be moving SF bread day to Tuesdays. East Bay bread
day will be on Thursdays.

This coming week (Jan 16) there will be
no bread day, as I must duck out
to Chicago before the business class starts, but I will be baking upon my
return, on Thursday 1/26 (SF only). The next week everything will start to
get normalized, with SF bread on Tues. the 31st, and EB bread on Thurs. 2/2.

I had to share this beautiful loaf of Molasses Coriander with you all.
I can't stop looking at the marbled crust, I'm really just so proud of
it! This one's headed for Lake Merritt in Oakland in a few short hours,
but the next one could be yours!

Bread day's coming!

Dried Persimmon Cinnamon Bread
arrowroot starch, organic brown rice, organic white rice flour, millet flour,
guar gum, salt, yeast, dried persimmons, organic cinnamon
Whole Grain Curry Bread
organic brown rice, whole grain millet, sweet white rice,
organic white rice, polenta, guar gum, salt, yeast, fenugreek, turmeric, cayenne, coriander
Rosemary Sourdough
arrowroot starch, organic white rice flour, organic brown rice flour, millet
flour, teff flour, guar gum, salt, organic rosemary

Loaves are $8 or 3 for $20. Please place your order by Saturday night.
Delivery will be Monday evening in San Francisco and Friday evening in the East Bay.
